Over 200 professionals attended the Raising the Bar: Frontiers in Adolescent Reproductive Health conference in mid-April. CASBHC was fortunate to have partnered with the Colorado Organization on Adolescent Pregnancy, Parenting and Prevention to host the 2-day conference.

I would like to thank Lori Casillas, COAPPP Executive Director, and Robyn Aasmundstad, COAPPP Operations and Communications Coordinator, Ronnie Rosenbaum, COAPPP board member, and the staff of COAPPP for their tremendous work on the conference. Thanks also to the program planning committee, which included CASBHC members Lonna Bloom (The Rocky Mountain Youth Clinics), Lisa Abrams (Denver Health), Susan Rowley (Boulder Valley School District), and Lynn Bakken (Metro Community Provider Network).

On behalf of CASBHC, I would like to extend our gratitude to the Colorado Health Institute and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Colorado for their generous contributions to our Inspiration Awards Banquet and to Jeff Bontrager, Senior Research Analyst at CHI for his presentation "Examining the Role of School-Based Health Care in Colorado's Safety Net: Access Utilization and Revenue", which is now available at www.casbhc.org.
